Creating a support account is not necessary to receive assistance from the team here at GrooVR.
However, the following actions do require you to log into your support account:
- To comment on a Help Center article
- To view the status of a support request
- To post, comment on, or vote for a community discussion post
If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered under that email. You probably don't have a password yet, though.
The steps below will cover forgotten passwords, creating a password, and creating an account. It all starts by selecting the Sing in button, located on the right side of the header.
This will bring up the login window. Once your account is established, you can log in here.
If you've forgotten your password
- Select Forgot my password. You'll be asked next for an email. Then just follow the emailed instructions.
If you have emailed us previously,
- Select Get a password. You'll be asked next for an email. Then just follow the emailed instructions.
To create an account in the case you have not previously contacted us
- Select Sign up. You'll be taken to the signup page, shown below. You will have to supply your name and email, as well as prove you're not a robot :)
